Shield Exteriors Free Metal Roof Giveaway — Official Contest Rules

This contest is sponsored by Shield Exteriors, LLC (“Sponsor”) and promoted through participating radio stations (“Media Partners”).

By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Shield Exteriors, Media Partners, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Homeowners only; the home must be owned and occupied by the entrant.
Home must be structurally capable of supporting a metal roofing system. Determination to be made solely by Shield Exteriors.

2. How to Enter

Individuals may enter the contest by submitting their contact information (name, address, phone number, email) to Shield Exteriors via an online form, through a landing page. Information for the landing page will be provided via a text or website to enter method.
One entry per household. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
By entering, participants consent to be contacted by Shield Exteriors regarding roofing services and promotions.

3. Entry Period

The contest begins on June 1st, 2025 and ends after Labor Day 2025. The specific drawing date will occur shortly after Labor Day and will be publicly announced by Shield Exteriors.

4. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a professionally installed free metal roof for their primary residence. The prize includes standard installation and materials only.
Approximate retail value of the prize may vary depending on home size and condition, but is estimated between $10,000 and $25,000.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Shield Exteriors.
Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected.
Winner must consent to a roof inspection and sign a standard release and eligibility affidavit to claim the prize.

6. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to hold harmless and release Shield Exteriors, Media Partners, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Shield Exteriors is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Shield Exteriors and its Media Partners the right to use their name, likeness, image, and hometown for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner must agree to the Shield Exteriors' showcase and marketing program.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the contest will be used by Shield Exteriors for the purpose of contest administration and marketing. Entrants agree to be contacted via phone, email, or mail with promotional offers.
Information will not be sold or transferred to third parties outside of Shield Exteriors.

9. Disputes

All disputes arising out of or related to this contest shall be resolved individually and exclusively by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any legal action shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in DeKalb County, Indiana.

10. Additional Rules or Inquiries

Shield Exteriors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason.
