SALES MANAGER
ABOUT THIS POSITION:
Shield Exteriors, the Midwest's Top Roofing Company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our teams growth in success. As sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, running leads and providing ongoing training to keep our team at the top of their game!
EXPECTATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 Years of experience as a leadership role in sales environment.

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to learn, grow and be a team player

Commute or Relocate to Garrett, IN.

Willingness to travel up 25% (Preferred)

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Canvassing neighborhoods and executing plans created by our field marketing manager

Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods that have been identified as neighborhoods with a high need for new roofing

Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners for a free estimate
